Alles soll perfekt sein. Die Noten, das Aussehen, das Verhalten. Bloß keine Fehler machen. Bloß niemanden enttäuschen. Aber dieser Druck macht müde. Und unglücklich. Perfektionismus klingt erst mal gut – ist aber oft ein echter Stressfaktor. Wer immer perfekt sein will, vergisst sich selbst. Die gute Nachricht: Man darf loslassen. Man darf unperfekt sein. Und trotzdem wertvoll. Vielleicht sogar genau deshalb.
Fehler sind normal
Fehler gehören im Leben einfach dazu. Jeder macht sie, es gibt keinen Menschen, der keine Fehler macht. Auch die, die nach außen alles im Griff haben, machen hin und wieder Fehler. Fehler sind kein Weltuntergang – sie sind Lernmomente. Wer Angst vor Fehlern hat, traut sich oft nichts mehr. Alles wird kontrolliert, alles muss „richtig“ sein. Dies kann uns sehr schnell einengen. Die Freue am Leben kann uns dadurch schnell genommen werden. Besser: mutig sein. Auch wenn’s mal daneben geht. Denn oft zeigt sich erst durch Fehler, was man wirklich kann. Und dass man trotzdem okay ist – genau so, wie man ist.
Niemand ist immer stark
Gibt es wirklich Menschen, die perfekte sind? Die Antwort darauf ist ganz klar „Nein“. Auch wenn es auf Social Media manchmal so aussieht. Dort zeigen alle nur die schönen Seiten. Aber keiner sieht die Tränen, den Frust, den Zweifel dahinter. Es ist mutiger, ehrlich zu sein, als immer nur stark zu wirken. Wer sich erlaubt, auch mal schwach zu sein, lebt echter. Und vor allem lebt man so auch gleich viel freier. Man muss nicht alles können. Auch musst du nicht immer alles in deinem Leben richtig machen. Es reicht, man selbst zu sein.
Gut genug ist gut genug
Perfektionismus sagt: „Nicht genug.“ Selbst bei einer Eins mit Sternchen. Auch, wenn andere bereits loben, fühlt man sich noch immer noch nicht gut genug. Man denkt immer, dass es noch besser geht. Hier ist es wichtig, dass man sich selbst die Frage stellt, was eigentlich gut genug ist. Oder wann ist man gut genug? Meistens gibt man sich selbst viel zu harte Regeln. Es hilft, sich klarzumachen: „Gut genug“ reicht völlig. Nicht alles muss perfekt sein. Eine Aufgabe gut machen – top. Und manchmal ist das Chaos einfach Teil vom Leben. Dies ist auch völlig ok, es gehört einfach dazu.
