ADHS bringt oft Chaos mit sich. Es werden Termine vergessen und Aufgaben bleiben liegen. All dies kann zu großer Frustration führen. Wird der Tag klar strukturiert, kann dies eine große Hilfe sein. Ein paar Routinen im Alltag können bereits Wunder wirken.
Feste Abläufe am Morgen und Abend geben Sicherheit. Erinnerungen auf dem Handy oder Notizzettel können unterstützen. Auch kleine Erfolge zählen. Jeder abgehakte Punkt auf einer To-do-Liste stärkt das Selbstvertrauen. Wichtig ist, nicht zu streng mit sich zu sein. Niemand hält sich immer an seinen Plan. Es geht darum, Strukturen zu finden, die helfen, aber nicht einengen.
Die richtige Umgebung wählen
Die Umgebung beeinflusst das Selbstwertgefühl. Ständige Kritik und Druck machen es schwer, an sich zu glauben. Deshalb ist es wichtig, sich mit Menschen zu umgeben, die unterstützen. Familie, Freunde oder Kollegen, die Geduld haben und Stärken sehen, helfen enorm. Auch die Arbeitsumgebung kann angepasst werden. Ein ruhiger Platz, Kopfhörer oder klare Aufgaben verbessern die Konzentration. Jeder Mensch braucht ein Umfeld, in dem er wachsen kann. Wer sich in seiner Umgebung wohlfühlt, fühlt sich automatisch selbstbewusster.
