(3) Überprüfen Sie Benachrichtigungen in Gruppen statt einzeln.
(4) Verwalten Sie Ihre sozialen Medien: Schalten Sie Konten stumm oder entfolgen Sie ihnen und blockieren Sie auslösende Wörter
(5) Wenn Sie einen Ausrutscher haben, befolgen Sie eine Reparaturroutine: Nehmen Sie sich zwei Minuten Zeit zum Atmen, machen Sie dann einen fünfminütigen Spaziergang und erledigen Sie abschließend eine kleine Aufgabe offline
(6) Schützen Sie Ihren Schlaf, indem Sie Bildschirme 60 Minuten vor dem Schlafengehen ausschalten
