Wenn es dir nicht gut geht, ist der schwerste Schritt oft der erste. Dieser Leitfaden nimmt dir die organisatorische Hürde ab: in wenigen, klaren Schritten von „Ich brauche Hilfe“ bis zum ersten Termin – ohne in Versicherungsfragen oder endlosen Recherchen steckenzubleiben.
1) Kläre dein Anliegen in einem Satz
„Schlaf & Angst“, „Beziehungskonflikte“, „ADHS-Beurteilung“ & „Schulstress bei Teenagern“. Dies hilft dir, deine Suche zu fokussieren und dich auf das Kennenlerngespräch vorzubereiten.
2) Verstehen, wie die Bezahlung in der Schweiz funktioniert
Ab dem 1. Juli 2022 kannst du Psychotherapie mit ärztlicher Verordnung über die Grundversicherung (OKP) bezahlen lassen. Dies nennt man Anordnungsmodell. Alternativ kannst du auch privat bezahlen oder deine Zusatzversicherungen nutzen, was oft kürzere Wartezeiten mit sich bringt. Frag bei deiner ersten Kontaktaufnahme: „Benötigen Sie eine ärztliche Verordnung? Wie hoch sind die Kosten und Stornierungsbedingungen?“
3) Kurzliste erstellen
Filter mit dem FSP Psyfinder nach Thema, Sprache & Ort. Notier dir drei bis fünf Namen. Oder kontaktiere direkt ein passendes Teammitglied hier bei Balancd. Eine passende Person findet man im Gespräch, nicht nur auf dem Papier.

5) Buche das frühestmögliche Erstgespräch, der sich „gut genug“ anfühlt
Perfektion verzögert Hilfe. Stehst du auf einer Warteliste, frag nach Überbrückung (Online-Sitzung), Selbsthilfeplan (Schlaf, Sicherheit, Symptom-Tracking) oder einer Kolleg:innen-Empfehlung mit früheren Terminen.
6) Was dich im Erstgespräch erwartet
Beginn mit einem strukturierten Erstgespräch, in dem Anliegen, Ablauf und Ziele besprochen werden. Gemeinsam identifiziert ihr das Problem und erstellt einen ersten Plan, der die Häufigkeit der Treffen, die Methoden, etwaige Hausaufgaben und Möglichkeiten zur Fortschrittsverfolgung umfasst.

8) Selbstfürsorge, bis die Therapie startet (10-Minuten-Starter)
Leg eine feste Weckzeit fest und genieß jeden Tag einen 60-minütigen digitalen Sonnenuntergang. Mach fünfmal am Tag zwei Minuten lang Atem- oder Regulierungsübungen. Konzentrier dich auf eine Aufgabe nach der anderen und pflege den täglichen Kontakt mit unterstützenden Menschen.
