Warum Schulstress heute so präsent ist
Die Pubertät ist eine herausfordernde Zeit. Risikofaktoren wie Gleichaltrige, Identitätsprobleme und Medieneinfluss können Stress verstärken und die psychische Gesundheit schädigen. Je mehr Risikofaktoren vorhanden sind, desto größer ist der Stress.
Frühe Warnzeichen
Die Person zieht sich von anderen zurück, hat Schlafstörungen und eine verminderte Leistungsfähigkeit. Sie ist gereizt und hat häufig Magen- oder Kopfschmerzen. Sie meidet auch den Schulbesuch.
Soforthilfe in 10 Minuten/Tag
1) Nehmen Sie sich zweimal täglich Zeit, tief durchzuatmen.
2) Nutzen Sie die 5-4-3-2-1-Technik, um sich geerdet zu fühlen.
3) Konzentrieren Sie sich 25 Minuten lang auf das Lernen & machen Sie anschließend eine 5-minütige Pause.
4) Schalten Sie Bildschirme 60 Minuten vor dem Schlafengehen aus.
5) Machen Sie kurze Übungen von 2 bis 5 Minuten.
6) Halten Sie einen sichtbaren Wochenplan ein. (Atemtechniken helfen nachweislich beim Stressabbau.)
Digitale Nutzung realistisch gestalten (Schweizer Kontext)
Die JAMES-Studie zeigt, dass 12- bis 19-Jährige in der Schweiz regelmässig und viel Medien nutzen. Anstatt die Mediennutzung zu verbieten, setzen Familien Zeitlimits, richten handyfreie Zonen ein (z. B. im Schlafzimmer oder am Tisch), bündeln Benachrichtigungen und legen gemeinsam Medienregeln fest.
