2) Deeskalieren: Machen Sie eine Pause und vereinbaren Sie einen Termin für die Rückkehr. Atmen Sie tief durch, um sich zu beruhigen.
3) Dialog: Verwenden Sie Ich-Aussagen und hören Sie aktiv zu, um das Gehörte zu reflektieren.
4) Entscheiden: Wählen Sie eine kleine Änderung, die Sie sieben Tage lang ausprobieren möchten.
