
Manchmal wird alles einfach zu viel. Schule stresst, Freundschaften nerven, zuhause kracht’s. Der Kopf ist einfach nur voll und man hat keine Luft zum Atmen. Es wird einem alles zu viel. Und man weiß nicht, wo man anfangen soll. Kein Wunder, dass der Körper streikt oder die Laune kippt. Wichtig ist, dass man nicht denkt, man ist nicht gut genug. Auch sollte man daran denken, dass man nicht allein ist. Viele Jugendliche fühlen sich überfordert. Es hilft, darüber zu sprechen – und einen Schritt nach dem anderen zu machen. Langsam, aber ehrlich.
Druck erkennen – und ernst nehmen
Oft merkt man den Stress erst, wenn’s zu spät ist. Kopfschmerzen, Schlafprobleme, schlechte Laune – all dies sind Warnzeichen. Viele machen trotzdem weiter, aus Angst, nicht gut genug zu sein. Schule, Hobbys, Erwartungen... es wird einfach alles zu viel. Der erste Schritt hier ist, dass man merkt, dass etwas schiefläuft. Sich selbst ernst nehmen ist in diesem Fall sehr gut. Niemand kann immer stark sein. Es ist okay, mal einen Gang runterzuschalten. Auch sind Pausen sehr wichtig. Und kein Zeichen von Schwäche – sondern von Selbstschutz.
Reden entlastet
Sollte alles zu viel werden, dann kann reden hier eine große Hilfe sein. Nicht drüber nachdenken – einfach mal aussprechen. Man sollte sich eine vertraute Person suchen, die auch zuhören kann. Man braucht keinen Druck und auch nicht immer bessere Ratschläge von jemandem anderen. Freunde, Eltern, Vertrauenslehrer – oder auch eine Beratungsstelle. Es muss nicht perfekt formuliert sein. Wichtig ist nur, dass es rauskommt. Oft wird’s im Kopf leichter, wenn man es teilt. Und manchmal zeigt das Gespräch auch neue Wege. Wege, die man allein gar nicht gesehen hätte.
Zeit für sich schaffen
Ständig was los, ständig jemand da. Aber: Man braucht auch Zeit für sich. Ganz bewusst. Handy weg, Tür zu, durchatmen. Musik hören, malen, schreiben, spazieren. Irgendwas, das guttut. Ohne Ziel, ohne „muss“. Diese kleinen Ruhe-Inseln helfen, wieder klarzukommen. Auch ein paar Minuten am Tag können viel verändern. Wer sich selbst Raum gibt, bleibt eher in Balance. Und kann mit dem ganzen Trubel draußen besser umgehen.
