Virtuelle Natur, wie Videos und VR, kann deine Stimmung schnell verbessern und Stress abbauen. Zeit in der realen Natur zu verbringen, hat jedoch insgesamt eine stärkere Wirkung, obwohl du möglicherweise nicht immer sofort darauf zugreifen kannst. Nutze virtuelle Optionen als vorübergehende Lösung und plan, dich während der Woche mit der realen Natur zu verbinden.
So wird’s zur Gewohnheit (Habit-Rezept)
Verankere die Aktivität in deiner Morgenroutine, zum Beispiel nach dem Frühstück. Stell deine Schuhe neben die Tür, damit sie gut sichtbar sind. Belohn dich mit einem Foto von etwas Interessantem in der Natur. Verfolge einmal pro Woche deinen Schlaf und deine Stimmung.
