Verankere die Aktivität in deiner Morgenroutine, zum Beispiel nach dem Frühstück. Stell deine Schuhe neben die Tür, damit sie gut sichtbar sind. Belohn dich mit einem Foto von etwas Interessantem in der Natur. Verfolge einmal pro Woche deinen Schlaf und deine Stimmung.
